If you want to boost your fitness to help your walking training, then we have the very thing for you. Our very lovely local fitness instructor, Nix Ticehurst, is offering WalkWithMe participants some free and exclusive 30 minute cardio sessions.
IN30 is a high intensity full body workout involving a fun and fast 30 minute blast in the great outdoors, involving sprint intervals, core strength building and a well earned stretch at the end.
The sessions will take place at Moulsford Recreation ground (OX10 9JD) at 9.00am (and not 8.30am as previously advertised) on the following dates:
